Lovely house, I love the big larder cupboards they put in Redrow kitchens, the bathrooms also look like they’re easier to clean the floors without the awkward spaces behind the sink and toilet that are hard to reach. Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas x

At least the grey has been toned down a bit, last house I viewed everything was grey, gates, doors, window frames, carpets, curtains, furniture, even the decking in the garden, and of course the absolutely essential Grey kitchen.

:) That's a very valid point, it's frustrating from a buyer's point of view because they have to click on the link in the description and enquire with the developer directly to get the up-to-date pricing. Pricing does fluctuate quite a lot so even in the cases where the pricing is stated, it isn't unheard of that it becomes outdated within a week or so after the video tour is uploaded. Dramatic fluctuations are another quirk of the construction/property industry ;)
