I like this townhouse for the amount of natural light that enters, it’s well ventilated and the amount of surrounding greenery. You also get a private back space which is rare. What I don’t like is that inside is very outdated and underwhelming for the price but it’s definitely a space with a lot of potential. Also one of the “living rooms” from downstairs could be converted into another bedroom or office. So again it definitely has potential but needs alot of renovations.

Nice presentation as always....Nice home, but the seller cannot be trying to "sell" the ceiling fans and AC units-Seriously? That is a huge turnoff and a red flag that the seller is trouble to deal with.

Honestly the nickel and dime with the basic fixtures is a turn off. The price is already high. But if the sellers really still need to sell the basic fixtures it’s best to just hide that fact in the sale price otherwise it feels tacky. Beautiful house and views.

i absolutely love the light color scheme and the exterior design of the house. Interior is airy with lots of natural light, and something that I love but rarely ever see are the brass bathroom fixtures. A beautiful house and landscaping.

Nina emphasis on the sale of the ceiling fans gives me the impression that they don't come automatically with the unit.....lovely property and though in a densely populated Area it seem so secluded

Why are Jamaican houses using water tanks so much in recent times? When I was growing up in Clarendon, we had running water through pipes in May Pen and Salt River.

I think the water tanks are there for when the main water shuts off so you can have water from the tanks.

WOW! That price is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much! There is so much updating that needs to be done, the bedrooms particularly the owners suite too small as are the bathrooms, no pantry and where are the closet spaces for the bedrooms? Could get way more here in the US for less and it sounds like they're selling the sparse amenities ie ceiling fans etc separately, who does that? Where's the original host by the way? Her presentations was more inviting and didn't seem so rushed, you never actually got a good view of the spaces with this host. I'm not usually one to comment much but this, quite underwhelming!
