The first house belonged to her first husband, Leonard King. It was his money that built it. This was right before she began her affair with her boss, the owner of Dirty South. The same boss who got in trouble for defrauding customers. That's why her first marriage failed and why she moved out. Her second husband, Chris, bought the second house because she had no credit. Her second husband had savings, 401K, health insurance, retirement and excellent credit. By 2015, they had to file bankruptcy. They were on their second bankruptcy by 2018 as she was only netting $12,000 a year. Chris discovered all this while she was in North Carolina for several weeks. He found out that she'd lied about her income and that he was primary provider carrying the load. The girl's daycare was $2000 per month... The Watts' dining room furniture had been repossessed, hence the dining room is empty in these photos. They were in arrears with the home owners association and the bank had begun foreclosure proceedings. They were also behind in other bills. However, the basement had a retail shop's worth of Thrive products that she had purchased in order to boost her ratings within the MLM. That's why she was feeding those pale, undernourished looking children so much Thrive. The real victims are the kids. RIP Bella🧒🏻, CeCe👧🏼 and Baby Niko👶🏻.

Hi Rebekah. I subscribed to your channel. Both Shanann's homes where beautifully maintained. She was immaculate. A bit like myself. A place for everything and everything in it's place. Seeing these homes it becomes clear that organization begins in the mind more than in the body. Considering that Shannan had Lupis, it is really impressive how organized and spick and span clean her houses are. I cant imagine how she did it considering that she probably for sure had days that she felt fairly icky. Some of these photos could have more of an instagram filter on them but some of them are crime scene photos or body cam footage of the scene... so, this really IS how she actually lived all the time! It is just impressive. This is coming from a person who was not gifted with that kind of organized mind!

Just an update to add- the house that he killed her (Shanann) at in Colorado is on the market as of May, 2022. However, it is not listed at 2825 Saratoga Trail it is listed under the address of 2825 Frederick Drive to stop the gawkers. Also, you can't just go see it. You must have your realtor provide the home company selling it proof you have or are approved for a loan for $660,000. That is the asking price for the house. The bank is being greedy even with the fact that they lament that they can't sell this property yet the original loan the Watts's owed was $400,000. Bank stands to make a big profit. Sadly, they went in and had a painter paint all the rooms minus that first blue dining area a generic tan color. So Cecelia and Bella's rooms are beige now. Just an update.

They can't just demolish it. The house is valued at more than $700K now, per its Zillow listing, and is owned by the bank. In addition, Shan'ann's parents, Frank and Sandi Rzucek, have a lien of $6 million on the home as part of a judgement to make sure their former son in law cannot profit in any way from the sale of the home or by books or movie deals or anything else. Plus, this is a residential area and there are zoning restrictions. The house can't just be torn down and a memorial playground built there. Eventually, somebody will buy it, as time goes by. Homes where murders occurred do become private residences again, but often require cosmetic alterations and new numbers, such as Nicole Brown Simpson's condo, the Amityville Murder House, the Menendez mansion, and the house where Scott and Laci Peterson lived. Within the next few years, I imagine, there will be children running around and the smell of cooking in the kitchen at 2825 Saratoga Trail once again.

Her homes were beautiful. I liked the first one the most. I must say however that her taste in decor didn’t match the style of home ( first house) everything was too matchy matchy in both. That being said, she was quite an amazing young lady to have accomplished so much at her age! I wish I had half the motivation she did…she made a beautiful home for her family. I feel from the start the Watts family was intimidated and jealous of her drive and ability to achieve what she did in her young life. Still makes me sick to my stomach thinking of she and her beautiful children taken by that selfish monster! I’ll never understand what he saw in that other woman!!

Shanann and her children did not deserve what happened to them. It was hideous, callous, and downright unthinkable. Having said that, this video only makes me more dishearted. However, I am also very realistic. She had to sell the first house at a loss. Then, she and Chris had to live with friends for a good bit of time in CO, before they could buy a house. They both made terrible decisions regarding finances. They had already filed for bankruptcy just a few short years before the unthinkable happened. Just before this poor woman and children were murdered, the couple was about to lose everything again. It doesn't matter how much their combined incomes were, they were both living above their means. Shanann would have been better off selling cars than hawking MLM products. Watch some videos depicting the true nature of MLMs, including all the ones Shanann had been involved with at one time or another. It is disheartening. God Bless Shanann and her children. I pray that one day everyone involved in this horrific crime is finally brought to justice.

I love her first home, especially the master bedroom. The home in CO has always looked dark and foreboding to me. Barren and loveless. She was so much better off without him! I think they should tear it down and make it into a really cool little park. Call it CeCe and Bella’s Park. It could have a playground geared to the ages of the girls when they were murdered.
