It's not about the time someone works it's about the dedication someone puts to his work for example there are two guys one studies 10 hours a day and other studies 3 hours a day the second guy tops the class it's because he had no distractions and when he sits down for 3 hours Nothing can distract him whereas the guy who studies 10 hours a day does not Keep his mind to the work thinking of something else hence they say work like a horse not donkey

The day someone is rich is the day you have as much leisure time, and wealth that can maintain (“your personal” lifestyle spending) comfortably for your lifetime. So the answer to many who appear rich.. they could not keep up that spending the way they do without ever having to work again. In conclusion.. most that appear rich are not, they are tied to their work, for maintaining their spending (in Elon’s situation it is put back into Tesla to bring forward an affordable model bringing down their battery expenses for now) but he is one of a kind that seems to enjoy being a workaholic which I don’t see him ever slowing down
