#1 is anything that attacks the spine: Twister, Executioner, Can Opener etc. That 'ish can literally put you in a wheelchair for the rest of your life

I got a dead guys ACL in my left knee🤙 non heel hook related. I'm guessing Twister for #1 or Dragon Sleeper/ Executioner. It could really jack up someone's neck if done wrong.

#1 has to be RNC. 2 reasons 1. Shock value. People don't expect that and will give a ton of clicks. 2. If not let go the person will not survive. That's some pretty high stakes and far more devastating than any bone break or ligament tear.
