Hi Ed, Awesome stuff! I was wondering if you were aware of the Double Dragon cartoon toy line from the 90's? I was so young it never even crossed my mind there would be toys at the time. Super nostalgic though! It was like my first Saturday morning cartoon, so I'm thinking about ebaying the main pair of figures. Then you think "Would I need the Shadow Master and a car too, but I think the pair would do. I don't even know if the car fits 2 figures or where I would put it, but those questions are kind of just curiosity. The cartoon was tragically cut short, but a pretty solid toy line that kind of reminds me of turtles with a range of figures and vehicles. Also have to mention my next pickup. There's this anime Dandadan and I'm getting the 2 main character figures. My first SH Figuarts. First time owning figures that might look like they jumped off the screen! Thanks and I hope everyone is well and enjoying the toy hunting life!

I love these videos and seeing these collections but I do always think what is the point of hoarding all of this stuff in boxes in an underground garage. People like Leo have 10s if not 100s of thousand of Euros worth of stuff that he obviously sells as a business but What's the end game for collectors like this? They always say they will display their own collection one day but you just know it's not going to happen and the older you get the less bothered you become about collecting. I've seen collections being sold at boot sales here in the UK because a family member has passed away suddenly and it's sad to see something someone put so much of their life into not being appreciated. We invest thousands into collections and the outcome more often than not is that we sell in order to lift the burden from family / friends. I'm sure the same will happen with my movie collection 😓 Just remember to enjoy your collection and have it on display for you and others to enjoy 😎

I feel like the addiciton part is the thrill of finding it and it just funds itself and allows them to buy big jim things they still need. What they have is an answer for a lot of pain points a lot of other vintage shops have… maintaining vintage stock 🤔 so i feel like if they want to move it all they will probably make a couple collector shops really happy

@EdsRetroGeekOut I agree. those guys are quite unique in that they have the space and resources to obtain a large amount of vintage so maybe using them as an example wasnt the best route to take as they are a business first and foremost. As you say it's an addiction and addictions tend to get in the way of life if not careful. I know so many people who have a few things on display and then everything else in boxes in storage. That's what's great about your collection. It's all on show 😎. Enjoy your collections by displaying them
