I went here for 4 months in 1992. I was 17, with a mate (he was 18) from Australia. We went with one-way tickets, with a plan to be rastas and live on the beaches forever. We quickly ran out of money. The locals took great care of us. I am forever grateful for the love i was shown in Jamaica. Was scary at times, but living it will forever be the best travel experience of my life. (The Aus government helped us get home) We had basically run away, as my mate was 18, he was my guardian. Back then, you only needed a ticket back out of the country to get in, so that's what we did. Young, dumb and full of LETS GO. (My poor parents were terrified) But it will forever be the best learning experience of my life.

Kurt is a Saffa so I’m sure his street smarts and ability to move about more risky places will have already been embedded in him. I’ve traveled all over South Africa and it’s lovely and lovely people but you really have to watch where you go, especially at night. Cities like Joberg and Cape Town aren’t places where you can afford to take your eye off the ball when travelling solo, that’s goes triple if you look like a tourist, and walking round rough areas with any jewellery or blatant displays of wealth is basically asking to get robbed. But just like every country there are nice areas and sketchy areas and risk can always be minimised with some common sense and street awareness 👌

I am a "First time caller, long time listener" and love your video's Mr. Curt, never tire of watching your travels, but curious as to the fate of V.I.P. Man, he was very entertaining and of course, very important. Any upcoming episodes with him back??

This is what I like to see, why I’m here from the beginning and why I recommended the channel to others. Raw, unfiltered adventures by yourself. You can make whatever content you want and I understand chicks generate views, but for me this is the best. Video’s of hot Latina’s are available on other websites. Keep this up!

Kurt Caz in Jamaica. 👊🏾. Theres so many different neighborhoods to go to. Some youtubers go and leave for views. Explore no matter how "dangerous" this garrison or that garrison is. Jamaican people are very welcoming. I like that you know the history.
