Enjoyed every single minute of this house tour. JiaHao’s home, like Benji’s, looks like a botanical museum without the information cards. I can already imagine bigger collaborative knock your sock’s off projects from JiaHao and Benji! A big houseplant producer should hire you guys to create one of a kind collection that is available for a limited time. The enthusiasm you guys generate can inspire new souls to nurture nature they way it nurtures us.

How do they stop the gnats that seem to get in all the houseplants. I water mine all from the bottom which keeps them mostly gnat free but can anyone tell me how do you keep them away when you have so many plants?
@debbydee6633 Жыл бұрын
Tips that might help: - mosquito bits to kill the larvae ( you steep them in water andwater your plants with it) - yellow sticky traps to kill the adults - bottom watering like you said, it'd great for keeping the top layer dry - also, leca on the top layer is a genius idea from jiahao because it keeps the top layer dry ( this prevents them from breeding). I haven't tried this but perlite might also work too since it doesn't hold as much water - improving air circulation might help too - I've heard ppl recommended cinnamon or perpxide but I don't think I've had much luck with it. It might work for you though Good luck!

On a certain level, we have plants in our brain, the neurochemicals that show up in flow: so dopamine, norepinephrine, anandamide, endorphins, and serotonin. If you were to try to cocktail the street drug version of that, right, you're trying to blend like heroin and speed and coke and acid and weed- and point is, you can't do it. It turns out the brain can cocktail all of 'em at once, which is why people will prefer flow to almost any experience on Earth. It's our favorite experience. It's the most addictive experience on Earth. Why? 'Cause it cocktails five or six of the largest pleasure drugs the brain can produce. We're all capable of so much more than we know. That is a commonality across the board. And one of the big reasons is we're all hardwired for flow, and flow is a massive amplification of what's possible for ourselves.
