Same, my headphones very in what the volume will be depending on the video. This one has been lower than the other Telegraph videos in the past. I listen to these updates every day and this one was significantly lower. Not a big deal but just a heads up

@@ellenfaulkner7616 😂😂😂. I know how to turn up a device ;). I work in recording . The problem is on the iPhone , this release is quieter than normal C when the ads come on I have to reduce the colour . Same applies to the ear pods pro. It’s whiter than other KZbin plays . Thanks

Sometimes youtube doesnt compress and upload everything right away cleanly. It works in passes. Try coming back in 5 min. If it's still broken then it means the video needs to be uploaded to fix it

Ukraine's neutrality was doing fine until in 2014, when western politicians turned up in Kiev to encourage the crowd to depose a government they had democratically elected because it had signed a finance package with Russia. That is a western-backed coup. The Ukraine should remain outside the EU and NATO, attract foreign investment and fight its own endemic corruption levels.

The quote in context was "...isn't as wealthy in certain areas - in certain areas it's very rural and internet access isn't that great". Two things can be true at the same time. It's not a pissing contest but anyone can look up average Ukrainian GPD/capita for comparison.

The Ukrainian military consistently has outperformed expectations. I think leaders in Ukraine are concerned about the West's continued support. Therefore, I believe their strategy will be to retake as much of their territory as quickly as possible with a priority on Crimea - for obvious political and strategic reasons.
