i used to live there when Croydon was one of the best posh Borough in London with thriving shops and big department stores.. but the truth is.. Croydon today is just a typical borough town in London.. the entire London conurbation is heading in the same directions.. thing will turn very nasty once the western financial system finally collapse.. and its not that far off.. start putting your thinking cap on just to survive..

30 years ago it was a very nice area. It started to go downhill when the Central Gov opened the main immigration processing facility centre for the entire South East in Croydon. Tens of thousands of immigrants simply stayed in the area.
