Property taxes on the selling price of 108 million would be $1,080,000 a year/ $90,000 a month . What do you get for that ??? Basically nothing !!!!

I'm surprised the cartels don't buy. They will be able to get there money back after bringing one boat full of d rugs directly to there back door. It seems like the perfect spot to bring all your good into the USA.

Im in the pest control industry i use to spray this house monthly i remember the owner would be at the pool with a body guard that place is nice

What a monument to bad taste. It’s so overdone and ostentatious. It’s the kind of decorating that Joan Rivers would’ve liked. Liberace would have felt quite at home there. So much of the view is blocked with the ridiculously thick and heavy railings. I wonder how long it will be before somebody tears that monstrosity down and puts up a nice modern home with clean lines.

That home used to belong to Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner as a vacation home. It was beautiful. We had a fun youth and now … no words.

owner is smart, with the recent geologically activity along the California Coastline, I would sell the house before it gets washed away or falls off the cliff like many others.

You're saying the sea level will rise by 2 feet a year? The entire La Jolla coast would be underwater in 10 years, not just this house, including any oceanfront property in the United States.

What year are we living in again?😂 Location is great but the Versaille copycat design is so DATED….It will not sell for asking price….due to the CA tax mess…amongst other “dated” issues…..
