We just finished building our home and it’s 7400 ft.² and our basement is a walkout with a full Bakery kitchen and I enjoy the office spaces down there in a theater is on the other side. Must’ve met your bathrooms Quite small but the home is beautiful. But I love my space here and Michigan Bloomfield Hills

needs another garage and the primary is way too small as well as the primary bathroom. It does not say 785k. Can you parcel out the 3 aces to maybe build 2 more houses on an acre a piece or sell to a developer

nice size house and property, but needs updating. Kitchen and bathroom is outdated, carpeted rooms, too many walls on the first floor. Cost much more to update which may make the final cost maybe just under 1M or possibly higher. Is the neighborhood worth that value?

It's a nice house but I would never think of it as luxurious. The halls seem narrow and the bathrooms are small. I love a big homey kitchen, which this house doesn't have. It has none of the features of luxury except the acreage.

The kitchen definitely needs to be renovated, you would put stainless appliances and wood cabinets, change the cabinets to a neutral color and at least provide a refrigerator nah nice house but not for 700k but to each it’s own everything is outdated 😢

For over 5000 square feet that master bathroom is small small. That home is truly dated. That is not a good price, especially being in that area, IMO. There is definitely more bang for your buck at almost 800k. I would definitely look for something in Milton, Johns Creek for that price. I would exchange sq footage and land for something more conveniently located and better schools.
