Fun fact: we don't have a TV or microwave! Do you think you could live in 490 SQFT? What other things would you add to our space? Comment below!
@dianesanchez67814 жыл бұрын
JOSH...yes indeed. Could def live in that space. When single in another state, l lived in a 275 sqft unit, then l transferred to the mansion, a 325 sqft unit!😍. Now remarried, we could def be comfy in 480sqft. It would be easier to keep clean and tidy.

Actually, it takes a lot of know-how to decorate a small studio this well. It's hard to buy small things that are extremely functional, so looking great at the same time is even harder. She did a great job! This is really a junior 1-br unit. The builders and landlords here decided to knock down the wall to make it more open to be more modern. In their case, the floor plan is very nice but a great deal of separation for the kitchen and bath...
@AmmaLove243 жыл бұрын
Just happens to live there? Maybe because they just happened to be married. It's not a crazy idea that the female in the relationship is doing most of the decorating. That's usually the case.

What I love about this video is that it proves that you can live in a stylish place without having to spend a lot of money. I just came from a video where they said it was something like $250 for their coffee table, and they considered that a steal. By contrast, Katie says that their coffee table was $129 and that was an investment. Quite frankly, I like this apartment better than the one where they spent $30,000 decorating.
@JoshandKatie4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much Ashlee! This comment is so nice. We can't stomach paying more than necessary for home decor-- we love to find all the deals. Glad you enjoyed it!
@maryannkom2993 жыл бұрын
You don’t need to spend so much decorating. Most of my home decor came from Ross. My curtains are beautiful and I found them at bed bath and beyond on clearance for 2 panels for $10. I bought 4 sets. And it did my living and dining room. I started looking at TJ Max and they have great stuff too. I did splurge on a great bed from Pottery barn when I moved to Cali. And honestly when people come to my house they think it’s beautiful, and I love it. Spending $30,000 is absurd, you might as well hire a decorator. I think a few splurges on good furniture that will last is a good investment, but home decor needs to be inexpensive as you might get tired of it after a while. Thrift stores and discount store are truly the best places to go. You may not have a ton to choose from but go slow and buy the pieces that speak to you.

This is a gorgeous apartment 😍😍 and you decorated it perfectly (love the bronze/gold accents in your furniture). You both are an adorable couple and the HP reference made me like you even more. I am wondering if you both are minimalists or just moved in recently because the place looks really neat. Anyway, great organization. I think the only suggestion I would make is to get some more plants if you can (get Pothos plants, those are the best for apartments as they need less light and grow very easily) and maybe a bookcase or showcase in the living area to show off more personal stuff like framed picture, just makes the apartment seem more like a home I feel. Lovely video! 🥰

I really like this area of technology, but do you think that even if I do not have a diploma in this area, companies will be interested? Just another doubt sorry, I also think a lot about entering this area because of the money, if college is not something that prevents me from being hired, what languages would you recommend me to learn and which way would be "faster" to get a job and earn good money?
