The backyard area is crowded with that unattractive gazebo and store room, doesn’t fit aesthetically. Inside wise it looks as if someone was living there but moving out with random outdated furniture. It’s quite cluttered also. I wouldn’t pay anywhere near what why are asking, too many of them.

Here's the thing, they all sold out on this scheme in no time. they have a new site with a unit with beach access, and these start from around $600,000 USD plus. Prices have been low for years, and now there starting to catch up with the rest of the world. Prices rarely go down in this part of the world.

@@hostrooster I have no issues with Jamaican house prices, believe me I love what the market is doing and the construction activity but this house has been sitting around for a while so I’d revise the asking price and my points above are valid. As you said Paradisiac 3 bed in a better location is being sold NEW for $510US so how can this be priced higher as is for $565?
