@Oscar Grove no hables si no sabes.

It is the same debate everywhere. The real question you have to be asking your self is why do migrants come over. They aren’t surviving on thin air. They are being employed either illegally in the black market economy or being employed legally in very low paying back breaking jobs. Either or it is mostly locals who are providing that employment. Someone is benefitting massively from this human trade. It is Spain itself that is providing the supply of jobs otherwise they wouldn’t come.

I agree that imigration needs to be controled but I dont think its the reason why there are so many job-less people. If you want to solve the unemployment crisis in Spain we have to make our country more business friendly, lower taxes and the minimum wage and investors will come to Spain just like moths flock towards light, as long as there´s a stable uncorrupt government people will invest.

If you need to rely on doing performative showmanship of the flag to keep your national identity, then I'm sorry to inform you that your sense of national identity is pretty feeble to begin with. @@rojiblanco299 Except that's not a national identity, it's a decades long, political resistance and civil rights movement. Not even remotely comparable, not to mention that the rainbow flag is an international symbol that's the same, regardless of the country it's being waved. Flags aren't performative themselves including country flags, but they both can be used performatively, like patriotic capitalist right wingers moving their factories to the third world, and corporations putting the rainbow flag while still lobbying for homophobic politicians that though homophobic, they also lower their taxes... You got a lot to learn on basic political science if you wanna have a real conversation about how society and its symbols work.

The Army of Africa was to play a key part during the Spanish Civil War of 1936-39. Along with other units in the Spanish Army, the Army of Africa rose against the Second Spanish Republic and took part in the Spanish coup of July 1936 on the side of the Nacionales. On 18 July 1936, General Francisco Franco assumed the supreme command over this force.

@To Err is Huma It makes perfect sense - it's hypocritical. Poor Spanish people with few opportunties are migrating in droves just like these poor Moroccans for similar reasons. The youth unemployment you speak of wasn't caused by migrants (who are doing the jobs Spaniards won't do like work in greenhouses in Almería, a massive source of revenue for the Spanish economy), it is the consequence of an international financial crisis that affected many countries apart from Spain, the lack of regulation of the real estate and banking sectors and the governing of successive shitey, corrupt governments on both the left and the right who ran their country into the ground. Blaming poor foreigners is the lazy, anti-intellectual way out. VOX play on people's ignorance and desire to find an easy escape goat. If the foreigners all left, Spain would turn into the land of milk and honey? Yeah right. Only the truly stupid would agree with that.
