Could this technology be used to stop body roll in cars during cornering?

Technically yes, but with heavy modifications. The actual gyro could be much smaller, and the cant of the gyro could be used to actuate a variable differential transformer that sends a reactive voltage to a hydraulic valve controller that regulates the "stiffness" of a vehicle suspension.

A Seakeeper-9 seems to be perfect for the boat like Azimut-55S, but if you install a bigger gyro (like Seakeeper-16), will the boat balances better?
