A really beautiful and relaxing home, even though it’s way too large for me, unlike many of the mansions it didn’t feel that way, very clever in design. Michael when just you and Adam film, you make such funny videos, apart from with Caroline she’s just as funny too, and you all mesh well together and make a great video. When a estate agent takes you through, it’s not as natural, funny and easy going. Still a great video, but way better with just the two of you. I'm was curious about the projector at 10:57 It's a short throw projector that is pointing down. After looking it up, I realized it's probably an iPool projector that projects on the pool table. The camera isn't for livestreaming, but it tracks the balls. That system can help you improve your pool skills by showing possible options, but also allow users to play new interactive game modes. The cloth of the table should be gray, so the system can track the balls better. Pretty neat!

I don't know if it applies to Vegas but I think Michael said that you end up paying up to 1/10th the cost of the home in taxes and upkeep for homes in the Beverly Hills area. Obviously that's going to be one of the more expensive areas so the taxes may be much less for a home like this. Either way it isn't going to be cheap as you need to hire people to help maintain a home this size.

This is one of the few mansions that I could see living in. Very smart staging with lots of comfortable / chic furniture, big artwork and big screens everywhere. The views and privacy are priceless. Most of them end up looking like commercial properties and a cavernous space that looks cold and sterile.

I suppose when you compare this house to what one would get for 15 million in Hollywood, that one is getting bang for your buck. I did, however, notice many furnishings had a cheap feel about them, especially the lift button, which looked cheap as chips. The only part that looked like genuine care and effort had been put into the furnishings was in the separate area that one should put one's least favourite person in. Even Micheal pointed out the lack of features in that shower. This, to me, was a dude in terms of execution by whomever did the furnishings.

That's a very beautiful liveable home . Seems a shame that the owner has never lived there . I bet he bought it as an investment , and is keeping it pristine for future buyers . Speculating the property will increase in value . If so that's a bit risky these days . An expected housing crash is looming on the horizon as I understand it . As other people said, this is a step down in terms of features from the one with the wood. But I enjoyed the furniture in this one. I liked the pool table, because you can sit down talking when is not your turn but still see the play and rotate the chair to talk shit to your friends. It's well thought out, but Adam is right, a dry bar would really complement the function of that space. Also, on a separate note, these types of Office and so old school. Like I would even see the view sitting behind 3 screens(or an ultra wide) I rather have windows on the sides so I can get natural light without coming head on behind the screens or from the back of the chair causing glare on the screens. Having the view to the side would actually be very nice to promote eye relief. And I don't think having multiple screens is a poor people thing...

I think The first and prior Blue Heron home ruined the whole “Million dollar home tours” for me. All the following homes just weren’t the same. I even went back and rewatched some of the past mind blowing homes. That house was on a completely different level. Absolutely spectacular. Exquisite. The kind of place that you could possibly live in and never leave. Hope Blue Heron surpasses that mansion in the future, this home is really beautiful but the prior was superior. Great video guys! Keep them coming!

Agree the first was wow, but with this one the execution of styling, furnishings in this one is a massive miss for me. This just came across as cheap to me, even that staircase, and that huge shower with only one small shower head that Micheal noticed... not good at all.
