blue heron really is not anything special. there probably 50 more of this exact build throughout the valley. architecturally very bland and deep down it’s a “me too” house. not saying it’s an ugly house but it’s not breathtaking by any means.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. This Mansion is Beautiful and Different!!! I loved the open living room and kitchen area, the roof top gym is Great. Most gyms are built in the lower level of the house. This roof top gym is “INCREÍBLE”😜 I also loved the Natural Neutral colors all over the house. And the views are Spectacular💙

The entry and the lanscaping are inpeccable...the stone is endless and that sky bridge is outrageous!! The vast clean lines and open views, the natural rocks throughout..the primary bedroom and bathroom glorious...the various pool layouts are genuine..the mansion is jus miraculous and so so sublime....you can still use the word insane...say it in Italian=pazzo...LOL ...Vegas has it going on... Ryan...nice work

I love the tour! It is also pretty easy to tell that Ryan is trying to heavily enhance the experience, yet there is a hint of energy that says " I would've done this very differently, but I'll smile & say this is cool". Like that outdoor shower's showerhead piece... The builder couldn't have picked a smaller shower head than that? Looks like a showerhead from a 1M subdivision stock home lol. At least line up the knobs underneath Jesus christ. Anyways great job Ryan, without this video sellers would be lucky to sell this for half of the price.
