From an Ajax Supporter… he brought the last 4 seasons the best brand of Ajax football since forever. You could really see it in the CL seasons. Beautiful attacking football and he really gets the best out of players on a detailed level. A great tactician. And especially what he implemented into the whole ajax organization was a championship winners mentality. If Manchester gives him the time, i will have no doubt that he will be and will make Manchester successful again. I think Dutch fans will follow him and Manchester very closely now, so i think you will gain some new fans from amsterdam. He deserves this transfer 100% 👏👏👏

@@smith549371 I know it's not the ideal standard but he did get Liverpool to the Europa League and EFL Cup final in his first season. Without those key players he has now. And he joined in the middle of the campaign. Then he started to bring in players and eventually challenge for PL and Champions League. And he hasn't looked back since. I really hope ETH hits the ground running. No matter which competition we're in.

The main problem now is fan patience/expectation. We can't expect 8-10 signings this summer or to win anything next season. We have to judge based on our team and what we have done this season, not based on what any other club or any other coach has done anywhere else. Top four and four or five new signings is what I'm hoping for and that's reasonable based on our performance this season and what our board have usually spent in new manager windows. Anything on top of that is a bonus. If you're expecting more you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

Alfred schroder is on his way to Ajax. He was assistant to ten hag at Ajax. They ‘grew up’ together at twente and he was already part of laying the new foundation as Ten Hags assistant.
