I think Ten Hag will leave after this season but not necessarily because of Overmars. I actually expected him to leave after last season because he's had massive success with Ajax for 2.5 seasons at that point and he really deserves a step up in my opinion. For whatever reason, he wanted to continue his success with Ajax for another season but everyone knew he'd be out of the Netherlands sooner rather than later. I'm convinced he would have left after this season even if Overmars had still been there.

I liked the video, but you didn't really mention Ziyech, he was so incredibly important to us. Without him we would have probably never made it that far in the UCL, the amount of chances, goals and assists he produced at Ajax in the ucl and league were phenomenal. As a Ajax fan he is one of my favorite players of all time. When he plays good it's such a sight for the eyes

As far as where I think would be the best fit for him once he leaves... Personally I'd love to see him revolutionise the culture at a club, so having the full backing to do it, but not at a club where he'll fit like a glove. Not sure what the best club would be though. I'd love to see him at Benfica, and do there what he did at Ajax, but that's because I'm a Benfica fan, and also I don't think with the current institutional structure he'd be able to.

Erik ten haag's only major weakness is that, he isn't good with substitutions, whether they be for injury prevention or for immediate impact.
