There are 840 people in the world with a net worth of $4 billion USD or greater. So, at least that many. Considering they can probably only produce a handful of these a year, there will probably be some level of demand. Beyond that, it shares many parts with commercial jets, so it's not like there's much opportunity cost to contend with.
