Those windows that have a "door" are ingenious. Extra safe for children, and adults with depression. Put some good thermal blinds up and you block the sun/warmth out. (Alex, that scarf is absolutely fantastic).

Thank you for the tour of this new building! I believe there are devices available to reach the corner windows from the narrow side panels that open up. Also a very strong magnet inside and a plate of steel outside with a cloth wrapped on it can be moved around with the powerful magnet. make sure there is a safety line on the outside metal plate in case the magnet lets go.

I heard Alex say "Of course" (I didn't learn a lot when I was watching The Americans but I wasn't trying to. One day I learned "I understand" - I had heard it a lot but the captions always said I understand. This one time the captions said "I see" And suddenly I understood! Ooh! Floorplans! I miss my home design programs and the computers they used to run on. It does not appear that there are screens in the windows. Are there no flying insects in Moscow? We have them in Florida and we had them in Boston. But when I went to Arizona they didn't have any. It took me a while to notice that nothing was biting me.

Панорамные окна с видом на хрущёвки!...Лепота! И какое-то непонятное подобие лоджии, т.е. вся лоджия - в комнате и 20 сантиметров лоджии - снаружи. А как заносить крупногабаритную мебель в такую квартиру, когда коридорчик между квартирами такой узенький, что уже не придумаешь. А как мыть угловые окна - вызывать строительных альпинистов раз в год?...Уж, извините за правду, но квартира хотя и просторная, но так себе по качеству и удобству жизни.
