In New Mexico, they have up too level 6 as there max. In California it only goes up too level 4. We don't have level 6. But I can say that the level 4 , 180 yard's are brutal. You can't get more brutal than that.

The Santa Fe Prison Riot that happened in the 70s might just be the most violent and horrific sh*t to ever go down in a US prison. That said, I have to assume California's one of the roughest states in the country to do time in, especially if you're at a high level facility.
