I only have to travel 2 1/2 hrs. to get to the Springfield store and it's worth every mile. We have to take my wife's car up to the dealship twice a year and Grizzly is always part of the trip. Good to see "my" sales rep in this video also. Although the young man needs a haircut, Jon! :) Like Jon, all the sales reps can answer any question you come up with about any of their machines. I'm a grumpy old F#*t and don't like some smart mouth kid to deal with. With Grizzly you'll not find any of that. Nothing but 1st class personal in both the show room and at the loading dock(s). Fore warning though, bring your wallet!

That gentleman was associated with Woodsmith, both the magazine and the TV show for a long time. He’s still in the game but no longer with them. Perhaps he really was there as a customer but kinda odd….

@ericerf6837 I was there as a customer as I now live in the Springfield area. Re-outfitting my shop and I do honestly stop in every couple weeks or so, Have picked up a number of items in the scratch and dent area. And Grizzly is where the newly founded Springfield Area Woodworkers Guild meets each month. So no I wouldn't say it's odd. :)

Bad and good Floor staff "Mead" did great! Cashier and others way less than helpful. Extremely antiquated in the check taking department and way less than helpful.
