I can't believe you only spent 20 seconds of footage from the rooftop view of the city. THAT was the best selling feature of the entire apartment and you blew it. You should have walked around EACH SIDE of the rooftop and showed the spectacular 360 views. You couldn't sell your way out of a wet paper bag.

I mean i don't post comments normally, but someone needed to tell him! If i'm correct, at the beginning of the video he mentioned raising money, and if someone sent me this video to me there is no way I would get involved. Unless I'm know the person isn't lazy how the videographer comes across. I mean he filmed the guys unlocking could have easily spun and got the office while waiting. Hope he sees the comments and fix the problem because I cant even watch the video and really wanted to I even downloaded it. I like to see people do good and if amateur there is plenty of help out there and on YT too I would imagine

A thousand a night for the penthouse is way too steep if you are wanting this to regularly have guests. After fees and taxes someone is looking at $1300-1400 a night. I could be wrong though

Considering you don't even know what state it's in, I'm going to assume you have no idea what you are talking about. Who is saying KC is Chicago or NYC or Miami etc It's your typical midsized midwestern city similar to St Louis, Cincy, Cleveland, Milwaukee etc. There is quite a bit to do etc. It's what you would expect for middle American metro of 2.5 million people.
