Thank you for covering this case. I always use to think that people fear bundy and dahmer as prolific serial killers, but man i always thought that no one were as horrifying as hh holmes. I heard about him in detail in almost 5 podcasts. There is more to his story of murder castle..there are torture chambers such as acid chambers etc.. he was linked to the infamous jack the ripper cases. After his sentence the murder castle was destroyed by someone as somesort of revenge against his acts. During his hanging he was actually not snaped immediately and struggled for few minutes and its a true site of horror. He actually asked the court after his sentencing that his last wish was not to vandalize his graveyard and to this day his graveyard is untouched. This story is actually much more twisted and sick. HH holmes is epitome of evil.
@ompatil722 Жыл бұрын
I think Harlod Shipman is just a baby infront of Holmes he is famous for killing most people's nearly 218 to 250 and only targeted old people which is less brave plus he used to kill them by dimorphim injunction that show his not much strong but Holmes is way beyond this all serial killers he used to cut the bodies and stored them into barrels shows the behaviour javed, fictional Dexter and Jeffrey, he attracted the maids towards him shows the Charl sobraj inside him he was like a fucking buisness, con boy, and also specialist in the anatomy, he constructed that perfect hotel just to kill people sososo much brain power is required for that I seriously not believe in the kill number of Holmes it must be a lia he must have been kill 300s to 400s of people in the hotel as it's perfectly designed and cheap so many people would have been fallen for that I truly believe that he was the biggest serial killer ever born...
@5004-x7o Жыл бұрын
@@ompatil722 ya harold is biggest among serial killers mainly infamous for his kill count. Actual count is thought to be much more that mere 250, but it became difficult during those times to keep a time track of his kill spree. Most of the time his modus operandi is same, but holmes invent new method of torture each time. Both are literal psychopaths

Thank you for these amazingly put videos Shrinkhal!! So consistent💜 Fun fact: Many people believe that Holmes was probably also Jack the Ripper, because after Jack the Ripper killings stopped in 1889 in London, these killings reappeared in Chicago in 1893 with HH Holmes. Both had an eerily similar style of kiling, timelines add up, sketches of the two killers somewhat match, and Jack the Ripper was never caught. Many people believe he went to the US (travel documentation and witness accounts), and that Holmes was probably Jack🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ who knows?
@prernamudai2397 Жыл бұрын
@Alexander just a theory hey! Not my theory, but years apart, one can change his victims and his style minutely. Jack the Ripper really didn't have a motive behind killing those prostitutes, except for the psychopathic satisfaction of it. So who knows🤷🏻♀️ he further went on to change his identity and location, and with that his neurons fired up to change the victims and style too🤷🏻♀️ Probably wanted to live a new life but couldn't get beyond his innate need to kill.

One thing I would like to share is that when a kid is being abused for a very long time by his/her father or mother and over the time if these abuses increase, then people actually go through various lengths to just express their anger on something. For example, the situation for me for the last three years in my family was very very bad. Like really bad. At that time, I developed various bad habits to cope with the pain and anger. In my case it was mostly self destructive habits. But now the situation has improved and the logical reasoning also came back in me. So yeah, it is true that people develop really bad habits when theh go through abuse for a long time.

Dear SR PAY I have a video suggestion for you guys- I know you made a video about Ajmer Sex Scandal (1992), this is a similar incident. Make a video about India's first digital MMS Scandal, long before Chandigarh University MMS Scandal. Because of this incident the term 'MMS' started to be recognised as a leaked porn footage instead of a messaging platform, the infamous 'DPS MMS Scandal of 2004'. There are very limited evidences of this such as some articles, wikipedia page and some Reddit and Quora posts . But there is not a single news video. This incident also inspired some movies like Abhay Deol's Dev D (2009), Rajkumar Rao's debut movie Love Sex Aur Dhokha (2010) etc.
