Best touring channel on YT. Feels as if I'm there looking at these amazing relics myself. No commentary just pure "exploration."

Fun fact! at 2:16:41, you see an arch with a big wooden door; that passage way used to be an infamous prison cell called Little Ease. It was an oubliette style cell so cramped and small that prisoners could not sit, stand, lie down, or take on any comfortable position whatsoever. Guy Fawkes was thrown in there before being taken to the rack. The back wall of the cell has been broken down to make a passage way to the gift shop, and, ironically enough, a nice little bench where people can sit and rest.

Hi, that is interesting. I thought the location of the Little Ease was unknown now. How did you get this info, if I may ask?

Some people prefer short walks, but I'm totally into these long format videos. They just feel more complete, and you really get to see the city in a much more detailed fashion...

Yours is among *the very best* channels, thank you! PS -- A note to would-be visitors to London: Prepare to do a lot of walking. Two options: 1. If you can afford the pricey rooms, have a week or just a few days or less, and can't walk too much then stay close to the places you wish to see, *take cabs* , do one attraction per day, ideally. 2. If you have even more time than a week, then stay in an area less costly, away from the main attractions, and use trains, busses, the Tube but only if you are *high energy* and don't mind spending hours travelling each day to see the sights. Thanks.

Love this video! I’ve watched it multiple times! We are planning a trip to London in February 2024 for Valentine’s Day and my birthday, your video will be a great guide for my visit to The Tower of London… which I plan to be my first stop, followed by Hampton court palace, Windsor Castle, and Hever Castle. I’m so excited 🎉❤ Do you know if any of these attractions close in February?

Thank you so incredibly much for posting this. I have always wanted to see inside the tower, but am entirely too broke to afford to go in person. This is the most in depth tour I've been able to find online. I really really really appreciate you for doing this

Wow…That place is so cool! The violence and bloodshed over the centuries in the Tower is just overwhelming. If there’s such a thing as ghosts the Tower would have to be one of the most haunted places in the world.

Great video of the tower of London. I enjoyed it. I've been there on vacation back in 1994. It was great touring at the tower of London. I heard it's haunted also. 😀 hope to see more of your videos soon greetings from Canada 😀 have you ever toured Sudeley Castle?. I heard it's a great place to visit.

I can't watch this because of the torture. I know history is important, but wanting to witness vile cruelties, even in retrospect, is an aspect of human nature that I find utterly repugnant
