Excellent video! Thanks RC Girl! Yeah, they have been really great to deal with. One time I placed an order online, and the very next day they posted a video about getting a free t-shirt with qualifying orders starting that day. I commented, "Awe man, I just placed an order yesterday. Heh", and Brett replied saying that's ok and to call them if my order qualified and to tell them he sent me. So I did and I got my t-shirt. It's simple things like that that make for a great customer service. 👍

I was heartbroken when Performance closed its local stores. I had no idea they were still around and better yet owned by an RC company. That is fricken awesome. I live an hour from Amain in Chico. I just thought they were a corporate retailer. Nice to know it's family owned. I think I just found my new favorite hobby shop. I'm an hour from Vanquish and Amain. This could be bad for my bank account.

Someday I want to go there, it's about 3 hours from me in shasta lake ca. My local hobby shop is a pigstye and has always been that way, I refuse to go waste my money there. But order anything I need from amain instead. Very good service and online support is outstanding!

I'm really tempted to take a road trip from my home in Seattle to Chico, just to checkout the new store and facilities and bring some of my RC vehicles down there.
