The 3 Largest Receiving Yards in the World before Bailey Yard were Conway, Harrisburg & Enola Yard, Nick-named the 3 Sisters as there all located in Pennsylvania ran by Pennsy Railroad. Conway Double Hump Receiving yard held the Title of the Largest Railroad Yard on the Planet for more than 111 years, as Bailey Yard only took the Title since 1995. Fun Fact for you Bailey Yard is a Complete copy of Conway Yard 22 miles North of Pittsburg PA, if you didn't know that. At lease Pennsy still has the Worlds Largest Diesel Locomotive workshops Altoona PA, which you can always find UP locomotives there.
