As big as a hotel. Wisely an elevator. Most people don't understand the quarter of a mill a year to clean and support a house this size. Six observable AC units instead of a big commercial AC for the size of the building. Staff would be around all the time, cleaning, cooking, and maintaining. Privacy - not so much.
