Thanks for the beautiful video of Tianjin! I see Astor Hotel, Tianjin, the very first western hotel in China, opened in 1863. I highly recommend any international tourists to take a day-trip to Tianjin from Beijing by bullet train, it costs only $9, less than 30 minutes. I bet you it would be an awesome experience!
