We don’t care about the VIP room . We have been there many times . I can firmly tell the world it’s been the worst experience I had with in Pasadena Tiffany this year . We had the worst experience from Tiffany recently . Director from Tiffany was really rude . They gave me a ring that was remade for me but the setting turned out evenly . They tried to deny app mistake they made even said I was confused. They didn’t expect I would call the corporate to report and complain about it until they send someone from corporate to try to resolve the problem and asked me if I wanted to go back to the previous sales person in another boutique with another Director. But the Director was going to show up or didn’t I know she must contact the Director who was rude made a mistake before I arrived this also made the person embarrassed who assigned by Tiffany cooperate promised me would provide much better service . She asked me to give Tiffany a chance and would not happen but her promise could not delivery . The director even texted my husking said your wife is confused I’m sorry for the confusion . She rather blamed me instead of admit her mistake . This director used to work for Christian Dior . She also texted my himself your wife’s English is not well … she was confused . If that’s OK she was taking a vantage of me by taking my money and gave me something that was made out the ring with uneven setting . After I took this ring to my previous sales consultant , Before I even mentioned it he was able to quickly saw what happened with the ring, I had to exchange by spending 30% more of the original price to get something I could fin that was available to get exchanged . I have never felt so insulted in any luxury store like the experience I had recently with Tiffany. All these directors have not owned as many pieces as customers who often by find your or hygieuries all they try to do is buy pushing the customer to buy what they want us to buy ignore what we requested and taking vantage of us continually. After we pointed out the mistake they made from the ring we receive and the setting is not even bearable, They start to say our English is not well we’re confused what does that mean our English is not well? We are American we pay more taxes than the directive what does that mean? We keep all the text messages we want to tell all people who who are trying to go to Tiffany don’t let them take advantage of you and of you happen to be someone who doesn’t spend much as o e of the VVIP , you should walk away Even if you can be VIP but don’t waste money in this place. For those who are Asian should stop spending money because they are the most of prejudice people and hired the most prejudice directors to trail their sales and they train sales in Christine Dior to make customers ti buy what they don’t want to buy . They ignore your request . If you are Asian don’t buy from them if you live in Asia don’t buy from them if you live in United States don’t buy from them because we need to have a dignity when we spend money we should not be insulted after spending so much money . The person who did this to me specially directors should be the one apologize to the customer not to have somebody to apologize to me who doesn’t even see me and never know me ? When the director is behaving this way you can imagine how the leader needs the rest of the team and what and what kind of service they can provide to customer or what kind of items they can provide to customers? Even if we are bored we want to buy something from someone we feel comfortable with we won’t choose Tiffany ever again because I don’t want to be called confused when I know they are taking a vantage of me this is not the kind of services were paying. Not to mention Tiffany doesn’t have any certificate that is world recognized.. We are there to buy the service is really not that strong is self the stone doesn’t worse that much it’s the service that worse the most. People walk in there every month or Every other month they have everything they can have their just bored they go to VIP room all the time , it is not something rare to see . It’s not to excite for VVIP customers anymore . Do not try to take advantage of us can’t even provide appropriate manners . They lack of basic concept of professional attitudes. They have zero knowledge about Jewlery . They only talk about colors and colors that’s all they know. which is already provided by their company . It’s written by their staff . They don’t provide a GIa certificate because their price is much higher then other Jewlery stores with worldwide GIA certificate. We are buying the brand called Tiffany . As a result I ask what kind of service can Tiffany give us besides the VIP private room , some champagne and food or take us to lunch & dinner ? Because we never walk in their event without spending money , what kind of service , manners and style quality and attitude does Tiffany provide to us and me ? That’s what we are paying for . When their directors took advantage of us , gave us a ring made with uneven setting and often force us to buy what they want us to but forgot we are the one spending money end up getting what they want not what we want , when we finally sites out , they said we are confused , never admit they are wrong . Why do we need to be quiet continue allowing them to treat us this way ? Do you go to restaurant to let the restaurant owner discriminate you , tell you that you are confused , you can’t see you can’t read the menu because you finally can’t tolerate what they did to you when you complained the food you had last time had hair in the dish everyone who was there all saw you ate the fish with hair . You spend a lot of money in this restaurant every week you finally can’t put it up . They think you are no body so they tell you in front of your your spouse and friends you can’t read you are confused you can’t see . However you took photo and you shared with someone who sat next to you and many others who sat next to you . This is how Tiffany has been restyling people like us who purchase almost every month or every other month ti receive items ate not our preferred and made mistake by giving us a setting with uneven setting , txted and said I’m confused .,after we have proved they took advantage of us , they put me with another boutique, but the director contact the previous director them called sick not to show up . How low class is this ? They have poor quality and worst manners and most discriminating place . It’s just like the a place with a lot of gangster trying to take your money without giving you anything you want and insulting you eat any possible way they can this is the reputation for tea with me and we finally know we must tell the world do not buy from them.

I thought I’ve explored every floor, but, of course, I would suspect that there’s an exclusive VIP lounge which I’ve never seen, but, how is the cafe hidden, too? Edit: No, I don’t have unlimited budget! I used to work across the street from it and it’s just fun to explore. I’ve bought simpler gifts there, like many vases, shot glasses, charms, sterling silver bracelets, champagne glasses, picture frames, Christmas ornaments, bookmarks, and other silver accessories! They’re quite affordable and makes your loved ones happy to get the little blue box! And, the customer service is very friendly, even for normal looking people like me!

I love jewelry, I wish that the host had asked better questions. I mean he was talking to a TIFFANY'S GEMOLOGIST!!!! He could have asked so much more. The guy he was interviewing seemed passionate about gemstones and the artistry and craftsmanship that goes behind making high-end jewelry. He could have done asked him a ton of things and we could have learned a lot.

Everyone is complaining about the interviewer but the person he's interviewing seems to be having fun. The way the older man is smiling and seems so calm. I think it brings a really cool eliment to the video. Wealthy people these days are so casual compared to the Victorian Tiffany's we all associate with wealth.

I like that the curator doesn’t want to say he likes gems because they are shiny. That’s exactly why people like them. We are simple apes that like shiny things, I thought pretension was out of style.

2002 my husband brought me here to buy a ring, the service was so bad, we decided to leave and only then did someone approach and ask if they could assist. We thanked them and left and selected beautiful stones in a setting of my choice at Firenze jewellers which was created overnight on time for Christmas Eve. A blessing in disguise as the valuation on our return to UK was amazing. We did not pay for a name but the quality of the diamonds and workmanship delivered with wonderful service and warmth. Such a disappointment after all the hyperbole. A pretty woman moment indeed!🙏

There was nothing wrong in him doing that but the real problem here is how boring this guy is and how bad his questions are. He is a terrible interviewer.

So basically all the tat downstairs for the tourists like me and the gems upstairs by invitation only ! 😂
@heyokaikaggen62883 жыл бұрын
To be fair, the stuff downstairs is still really nice. Put it this way, if you were to gift it to a partner, it seems unlikely that they would complain.

The Tiffany gemologist speaks so elegantly like his generation. The reporter on the other hand, speaks a little more casually as his generation now would.
