Don’t blame Luigi. I’m a person that first hand was a victim of United Healthcares shenanigans. My mom this past summer had a stroke. My mom was still in need of care at the hospital as she could not even stand yet and the freaking insurance tried to kick her out of the hospital when she still needed care! What a bunch of soulless scum. We had to go through absolute hell just to plead to get another week for her. United Healthcare should be renamed United Moneycare as that’s all they care about

i dont think you realize why he did this. on his bullet cases he wrote "deny, defend, depose". deny is when the healthcare insurance refuses to pay for your treatment. THEN, DEFEND is where the healthcare insurance defends itself, especially in lawsuits. healthcare insurance companies have insane legal teams, you have basically no hope of winning against them. also theirs technically no laws against what they do anyway, they call it "legal killing" for a reason. if Luigi tried to sue he'd just lose the lawsuit.
