Eight-year-old Nike Garza was in foster care for 1,553 days before getting adopted in 2020. Every single one of these stories end so beautifully! So happy for each one of these kids and their families. Also completely adore how the courts handle adoption days. With a whole kindergarten class being invited to princess costumes, with the judge also participating! These little ones all had such a tough start to life so seeing them with their forever families with soo much love it truly amazing!

It's always weird to me seeing these adoptions in courtrooms. The inside of these rooms is a place we're used to seeing on TV when there is a trial for some horrific crime. But in these clips, instead of horror, it is now a scene of joy.
