Hiker Found Alive in Stranger’s Home After Going Missing

A hiker who went missing for several days has been found alive and well. Gab Song, 73, was hiking alone at Mount Pinos in California. All of a sudden a winter storm rolled in. When Song wasn’t home by midnight and his phone went to voicemail, his family became worried and called police. Search teams went looking for him on the ground, using four wheelers and from the air as well. Then, good news came. Inside Edition Digital has more.

@@MsEliteForever It''s the fact that they said "its unclear how he got there". Well, they could've looked at the distance between the oark and his friend's house. Also, his son was interviewed, why didn't they ask him how did his dad get there or ask him if they could talk to his dad. And in case if the dad didn't want to talk to the media, well then they could say that he wanted privasy, or something in that matter. But just choose to present it as a mystery if how he got to his friend's house, to me tha's weird.

nah. He found a road and the rich resident recognized him from the news. Took him home to shower and called the authoraties immediately. He hiked himself out of the situation.

What I found out so far is a couple who own a cabin talk to him in and warmed him up . Someone who said they were following this because the gentleman's son is a choreographer on Instagram .... I asked them amendment I doubt if they could give us a little bit more information about the gentleman being found by this couple

Amazing! It didn't occur to either of them to inform anybody that Song was all right? Not family, not police, not 911? And meanwhile, volunteers and government were spending time, taking risks, and flying helicopters to look for him. What a shame.

I was thinking the same thing, I wonder though if they just didn't present the timeline in this story very well. No indication that the people whose house he was found in didn't actually call the police straight away. Perhaps also he wandered in looking for somewhere warm and didn't want to wake or scare anybody and waited until morning to make his presence known? 🤷
