SBI job is very tough with less salary than MBA grads.We should not consider it as a Govt. Job cz it is just a PSB job. Good decision.

I'm not from SBI but we have work conditions similar to that of SBI in Panchayat Raj Department at Grassroot level. Promotions are almost non-existent for us. I'm looking forward to quit my job soon as this job is also not giving any satisfaction like that of the corporate jobs that I worked in the past. I want to be a CA(only one step left for that)/lawyer and go for self-employment so that I can work on my own terms and also earn as much money as I can. This video is giving confidence that I can switch from this trap like job soon.

Top companies put sone criteria but other companies will give you chance on the basis of MBA grades and won’t look at your past performance.

It's gonna be difficult for you as grad marks have weightage in your selection process, I think you may not even get calls from top iims

Sbi po salary is around 90k if he was promoted to dpt manager then he was probably earning around 1.3-1.4lpm . Aur Abhi 2.2-2.4lpm hogi shyd Dabur mein
