Until now I though the Mclarens UnBoxed videos were my favorites, but Aston's videos are more and more taking over that spot, mostly because they highlight different aspects of the team and aren't 90% about the drivers. ~20-30% max is generally enough content-wise about the drivers since they're pretty much in everything anyway.

Mercedes crew explains their jobs on an average of 1-2 mins, Aston Martin crew does it in 16 mins. Way to go Aston Martin! I am envious of Dale's job but dont know if I can spend that much time away from my family, especially with a 1 year old.

As a regular F1 watcher, you only really get to see the car and the drivers, so alot of our perspectives is that its only the drivers and the cars and not much else, for most regular watchers. We know it but we always forget just *how much responsbility* the other guys in the garage have to perform in order for a successful race weekend. They really mean it when they say its an entire teamwork of a race team, we hear it often but it doesnt always register.
