This is awesome! I never heard of this formula of this kind of questions for an airline interview, how they wanted to asses a pilot's thinking and way of answering. Pilots are of a different level! I better start my dream of being a pilot.

One of your most fascinating yet disturbing videos. Using psychological profiles (full of pitfalls) and a "what can he do tomorrow?" criterion for selecting pilots creates perverse incentives. Candidates will prepare accordingly and say what they think the psychologist wants to hear. Human Resources "theory" is full of pseudoscience and outright nonsense. It is sad to see that it is now being weaponized when filling positions of great responsibility.
