Hmm I just did the same Benchmarks and absolutely crushed your scores with my asus strix 3090. Im wondering if maybe you got a bad sample or i got a really good one. Mine also overclocks way higher. Scored 4000 points higher with firestrike extreme and 1500 point higher in firestrike ultra. Otherwise great video =)

Hey @Chris !! That's nice fam, elaborate on crushed tho? 🤔 I cross referenced my scores with others before production of this video and they were all within margin (at stock anyhow). And this isn't a sample unit, I bought this RTX 3090 with cash money; and with overclocking well.. it's silicone! 😅 They're made not to perform/oc all the same. I really felt I could of pushed the OC more but for me personally if it's not stable in Heaven/3Dmark/and games, with no issues at all, then it's not a stable oc. The numbers displayed at the end (+190 on core and +400 on memory) was stable in every benchmark tested. It's a great card either way, expensive sure, but great card nonetheless. 👍

Good work and massive information about this great GPU. I have the same GPU in which we are in the same page that RTX 3090 ASUS ROG Strix is the best GPU. Frankly speaking, Since I had GTX 980Ti, then GTX 1080TI and then RTX 2080Ti, I did not like to overclock anyone. I do not believe OC GPU is worth it. Now with my RTX 3090, I will never OC to keep it safe from any unexpected damages. it is just my opinion. Again, good review. Thanks

Hey @TIG TIG !! Awesome name btw !! 🙌😅 And thank you for the feedback and support on this one, it was a blast to produce. And yup you're absolutely correct there, it is the best and by best we meant fastest, GPU available (ish) 😅 to consumers. And you're right, in some instances, thanks to GPU boost, overclocking isn't practical for everyday use. Better to keep those temps and power draw in check and your card running 100% stable. I just like doing it haha 😅 but it is an expensive piece of hardware so totally understand why one would want to ensure it's life span. Thanks again for the kind words and support fam! Hey @michael_edg !! Prices have been widely affected by the global semiconductor shortage; they were in stock at the time but nearly all GPUs are selling for 40-50% more than what they are worth. The value, is in the cards availability, and depending on what you plan on using the 3090 for, it certainly can be worth the premium, if you want a no compromising card. 👍👍 What CPU do you plan on using with it?
