Fun fact: twice Barrett was scheduled to win money in the bank. Daniel Bryan stated in an interview that Wade Barrett was originally scheduled to win the SmackDown MITB contract in 2011. However, this was changed as the creative team felt it would be too similar to what they were planning to do on Raw, where another heel, Alberto Del Rio, was going to win their MITB contract. Bryan won instead of Barrett, and the rest is history. #2. A money in the bank match was scheduled for wrestlemania 28. With wade winning it.. however when he got injured, the match was scrapped all together.
