Insights After Depression

Hey Seekers! This video is about some of the insights I gained during and after my most recent depression. I just spent some time reevaluating some of my beliefs and thought structures. I think it's important to reconsider the direction we are going in, but sometimes it can be challenging. I talk a bit about my depression and why it came about, as well as what I learned from it and what direction I want to go moving forward. Hope you Enjoy!
