Sri lankan culture is a tribal thug culture, at home father is a thug , at school teacher is a thug, at temples or churches, religious leader is a thug, at offices senior staff members are thugs, in the government itself is run by thugs. In tribal societies, in any social settings a thug emerge, it's his or her power over others that defines him or her as a thug. When a parent scream at a child or abuses a child, it's an act of power, hence in this moment parent is a thug. And that child grows up truamatized will become a thug as a coping mechanism, hence the vicious cycle continues. Where there is no respect, no responsibility, no reaged, no consideration, you are left with the rule of the jungle, power, dominance, and violence. It will take generations to change this, it starts at home. Thanks Yakka.

Thank you brother 🙏❤️🔥.. yes absolutely 💯 the bitter Truth. People needs to break this vicious cycle somehow 🔥

This is the bitter truth about the Sri Lankan office set up. I was a victim of this culture at a private company. The culprit was the AGM who used to insult senior staff in front of others. Since I couldn't tolerate the nonsense I moved to another company and had a completely different set of seniors with whom I managed to work peacefully.

Professional work culture in Australia & NZ are mostly run on productivity, functionality & good work ethics. Only use names to communicate with respect in professional work environments. Performance is recognised with salary increments ❤

As person worked in both the countries I can verify your facts😅. You have mentioned many reasons why I enjoy Australian work culture. The major drawback is the unions mainly the CFMEU. I think you know the entity backing them😂

Thank you for sharing your valuable thoughts ❤️👍🏻🙏 I know... When comparing to SL, still we can ignore that factor 😁

So helpful bro, and bro can you do a video on the colleagues behaviour and working attitude and environment. Like is Aussi people good while working or so they back stabb people and do bosses do favouritism. And can the boss fire you for no reason for personal issues. Does aussi pays pension and deduct epf etf and does the company give insurance can you do few of these areas. And how will an aussi interview be and how does aussi company hire people and permanent process and how does the promotions and increments works and how does the labour law work. Does racism and high-ranking works. As many people does face alot of these issues in SL can you explain the situation on how aussi works 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 want a video evey week since we learn many form you that no SL does to us so thanks alot bro

People get to eat less toxic food in developed countries. Who check the food quality in SL, they shot the Phi who talked about those. Think about these before you talk about having access to health care in SL.

@rajithasachinthaka4917Ай бұрын
@@Yakagekatha Flat Tulip Culture workplace: - Everyone is treated equally and with respect - Communication is open and transparent - Hierarchy is minimized or eliminated - Collaboration and teamwork are valued - Diversity and inclusivity are celebrated However, if you try to stand out or shine more, more likely to be cut off. "Same as, in a tulip farm if one flower rise up more than other flowers that flower will be cut off"

When all educated youth leave the country, what will happen to Sri Lanka? The rulers should develop the country and make it a place where people want to stay, not leave after getting a good education in Sri Lanka.

It’s a true privilege to work in an Australian firm. Most are friendly but know their limits and mind their own business. Generally we handle things differently so that may not impress them. That’s why Sri Lankans find difficult to keep their jobs.

Noop, in Australia & NZ, only use names to communicate. It's interesting to know about SL work culture, so I read all the comments.

There are many good companies in SL having the same quality standards like Ausi, NZ. I think people who have bad experiences in SL trying to generalised their experience for the whole country.

if you are saying cronyism and nepotism doesn't exist in Australia that is plain wrong mate. I have seen Rampant cronyism and nepotism specially in Adelaide so many times.... I strongly disagree if you say Australian workplaces are fair and just. that's just bullshit. have you seen Australians who are attracted to Asian women give them so much favoration as opposed to others... have you never met the bosses son who works in the same company, gets all the favors and even the best parking spot.... not to mention the racism not only by white Asutralians but by all the races towards their own kind. If you have not seen these you are blind. this message you are trying to deliver to your audience is wrong mate.... Australia is not that just and fair as you say... and oh my god the office politics here are incredible, Sri Lanka can compete with Aus but not sure who will win... if you didn't live under a rock you are exposed to these.. daily

How about when comparing to Sri Lanka ? In Sri Lanka, these issues are almost everywhere 🤣🤣🤣

@@Yakagekatha thanks for the reply. I guess you are blessed with a non toxic work environment. I'm happy for you mate. Keep up the good work
@YakagekathaАй бұрын
Thank you, brother, for your thoughts. While I haven't been blessed in some ways, I always make sure to avoid toxic environments. Unfortunately, the worst and horribly toxic experience I've ever had in Australia was under a stupid and depressed, Sri Lankan female Site Manager. Keep in touch 👍🏻

@@Yakagekatha I worked in Adelaide for 6 7 years and then move to Melbourne. You won't realize this until you move to a different city but the work environment is little bit different in Melbourne in a positive way. as I have worked in many places, I find Adelaide is more horrible for some reason... And while I was there in Ade, I thought all Australia was like that, which was the biggest mistake of my life
