That was me in the white landy and trailer at 14:50, it was never in doubt boys 👌. Guy came screaming through and got in my way halfway through and ended up stopping an inch off my side so I had to stop, I was spewing but it just walked out once he moved.

@@BOGGEDACTION All good mate to be fair I was prob about 5-10kph slower than I should have been going through there as it had started to bite in a bit good thing I had my tyre pressures low enough. My mate had gone through in front of the fuel truck in a black navara towing a smaller trailer and told me on the UHF it was quite hard so I wasn't going as fast as I normally would.

It’s only a matter of time and it’ll be on the news man killed and a lady with a child severely injured while trying to do a recovering at inskip point, it was noted that they were very inexperienced and had NO idea what to do, or something on those lines, seriously I’ve been there so many times and it happens so often, it’s just the same on the island they won’t let the tyres down and most of all they won’t listen, so we just drive around and enjoy the time every time we go over to the island, (just saying) Cheers 👍🍻🇦🇺

Proper tyre pressures, consistent momentum and smooth throttle control. Also street tyres are fine for sand, you want to drive ON the sand, not dig through it with chunky tread. The disadvantage of street tyres is the higher risk of puncture or side wall damage from running at low pressure. They typically have much weaker side walls.

Purists will tell you manual, but auto gives smoother throttle control, consistent momentum and you can't burn out your clutch. Just make sure your auto isn't jumping around between gears in D or it can overheat, especially in summer. Otherwise pick a gear manually.

@@rbhfishing8123 Depends on the auto. I have an MR Triton and it leaves the TC on in 4H with driving modes but adjusts it so it works appropriately. In 4L the car turns it off automatically. I'm sure there are manuals that also have TC that would need to be turned off as well.
