I`ve been resting poorly for over 10 years, at a time not of my choosing. After applying this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure. Com* for seven days, I was able to attain eight hours of sleep every night. You discussed everything except the diseases that cause insomnia.... I was hoping you would. I'm curious to know also whether female monthly cycles, fluctuating hormones, can be a cause of insomnia. I think it is- because I've noticed a pattern in my casual sleep diary.. the week of my ovulation and the week before my menses, I would have trouble staying asleep for a day or two (or more) during those weeks in particular.

(I can't speak for the doctor of course) -There are a lot of potential pathophysiologies -Each one is going to be unique and may require a unique variation on treatment -You have to treat restless leg syndrome very differently than a young woman with dysmenorrhea vs an overweight gentleman with sleep apnea vs someone with narcolepsy -You can't cover everything in this format at the level of granularity you're requesting, but I'm certain he could in a consult. If you're looking for specific advice, I would strongly suggest talking to either your primary care physician or your gynecologist about it, particularly given that this seems to follow your monthly cycle.

I found this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* really effective. I started suffering from sleeping disorders at a very young age. Of all the drugs I`ve used, this plan is the only 1 which effectively smashed the cycle of my sleeping disorders. I used this guide consistently and managed to reach my target of having a better sleep.?

What is your opinion on medical marijuana? I am just starting to get into a better sleep hygiene (even though I never had to change for years), but I still have problems sleeping. Medical marijuana only decreases REM sleep, according to other sources, and I can never remember my dreams because of the medicine. Also, I have a deep anxiety over pharmaceutical drugs.

Anything that decreases REM is a lesser choice. REM is super important for mental balance and the ability to deal with life's issues. Plus....Marijuana IS a drug. Has pluses and minuses like any pharmaceutical, only less predictable. :( Hope you got your sleep to work!
