Nice reaction!, this song reminds me of so much as i used to listen when i was younger an specific part of life i had, this song aswell got me into this band and opened new genre of metal, it is pure beauty but dark and full of sorrow, which we cant have life without. Fun fact: when you said when you having some kind of REVELATION, there is a song in album where this song is, it is named ''REVELATION''.

I'm a Finn, I do like melodic death metal as well. But I've never listened Insomnium before (edit: that I can recall). And probably won't soon again. The song lost me from the very start with the simple melody and average barely heard clean vocals which didn't touch me at all. Near the end more variation came, but it still remained uninteresting. Nope, not impressed. The band may well have songs that would impress, but I'm not gonna go look for them now.
