I just picked up the salen classic nx trem and giving it a few weeks to see if its for me or not. So far im very impressed with several aspects. The tiny body size takes some getting used to and isnt as comfy as it looks as the strumming arm isnt supported but i hope i adjust to it becuase its got a lot of plus points for me

Aaron, do you run into difficulties fretting chords like on the 15th or 17th frets especially barre chords?

It definitely takes some getting used to with the fanned frets. Any kind of voicings that are close together and require stacking my fingerings on top of each other do feel harder because they’re no longer lined up perfectly.

I think they’re very dynamic and open sounding. They’re made by Suhr so you know they’re good quality.

I have the same one! I can play nice cleans to Metallica with it. The pickups are great. Frets are a bit sharp. Shouldnt be at this price range!
