I cried watching this, and said if he didn’t get through, I would bombarded Mike and Lang Lang on Twitter to help him. An amazing young man who has pulled himself up, with the inestimable help of his foster parents. What amazing people they are. What an incredible man he is. Go Brad!

The Piano programme is the best thing that's happened for years. So many talented people from across the world being heard. Amazing. Brad is blessed and shone through for me from the first day. I believe God is running through him and his good kind heart, and like the hymn Amazing Grace, with the line , "I once was lost but now I'm found " resonates here. I was moved when I first seen Brad on the show playing in the centre. I prayed that he would win, although I did love all the performers and their stories, and amazing performances. Brad is sensitive, and when the group of players accompanied him on Strings, you could see him become inspired, engrossed and enveloped, as if almost feeling his dream ignite into reality as a flame of light in the darkness, illuminating his future path. This young man, Brad, is the voice that speaks for thousands of unheard young people's voices, who have been in care, and "felt invisible, a number" - until..... Eve and Frank came into his and his brother's lives. The trauma that they experienced as children, clinging for dear life on the metal railings, scared of where they have been taken to. However, with time, patience and the loving, steadfast care and loving support that Brad and his brother were given by Eve and Frank, and their unwavering encouragement, Brad has shown that his own passion, perseverance, and positivity has paid off, and, has been acknowledged by Lang Lang the best, and rewarded enormously. Brad is compassionate and obviously a loving husband and father. I will definitely follow Brad's journey I hope that Lang Lang will continue to coach Brad to play to his full potential. I also hope that Lang Lang will transcribe Brad's musical compositions into sheet music for Brad, and facilitate having this sheet music published. And that a recording company will record Brad playing his music for sale. The sales generated will enable Brad to become a philanthropist, and help to inspire and support other children and young people to follow their dreams too, as well as give Brad a platform for pursuing his own long held dream of becoming a music composer for screen and film. I believe that Brad will quickly be able to interpret the film writer's themes, and convey this powerfully to global audiences. I was truly moved by Brad, and believe it was not a chance encounter, to be discovered by Lang Lang - but rather, it was God's spiritual and Divine plan given to Brad with Love...... God bless you Brad, and all your lovely family. Sincerely, Omi 😊

Anybody with sufficient resources could become proficient in playing the piano. This was a happy story of two yoingsrters taken into the Liverpool child care system and welcomed by a mature couple who cared for and encouraged them to pursue their dreams. It is a tale of victory over sad circumstances and I’d love to hear their carers’ story along the way and any obstacles they overcame in nurturing both of the brothers along the way. This youngster was chosen because he overcame struggles against the odds and emerged triumphantly.

Brad ... Mate , you have the talent and class of one of the greats .... Michel Legrand ... Without any uncertainty you have the talent and genius that this great film composer/jazz pianist had and you will go on to greater things... If you have never listened to Legrand then take listen to his movie themes..... It is just you in waiting and maybe with the Scots lass who sang beautifully about her sister there is a combination of class that could create a real never lost in time theme....

I remember when other talent shows started doing it and it essentially makes it seem like the person with the saddest story gets through most times. Last time Darya from Ukraine now Brad. Actually this guy was talented and we could have found all this out after the judges made their decision based solely on talent... @ThePiano
