I just installed the TRANSLATOR (must install first), then the ETS. I had to "search" for "tool shed" to find the application. But, after opening, I chose to "keep in dock" to find later. Also, I had to update my software to Monterey for the version 12 required for Translator and ETS. Hope this helps you!

I have installed the free version of tool shed, All is fine until I try to register it a nd after many hours it will not let my registration go through. "error reaching the registration desk' I do NOT NEED another server as mine works with every program I have downloaded. What good is a free software if it can't be used? What are my options?

Please add instructions on installing ETS on a Mac. I have already installed the translator but the ETS downloads only as an EXE file which cannot be run on a Mac.

Well I am completely confused. I called a rep and he told me I don't need to install the toolshed, then he couldn't even help me install the first program I bought!

I am completely confused. I have a Mac and your website is confusing, instructions are confusing and the two reps I spoke with are confused and the last one told me I do not have to install ANYTHING except the embroidery collection program I purchased, then after him trying to help me for over 30 minutes he could not get just one of the embroidery collections installed....

@@dzgns No one contacted me, so I contacted a sales rep. He was very rude, kept talking over and and told me to just return the 4 embroidery programs I purchased. Not good, I spent 3 hours trying to install this stuff :/ That is a lot of time wasted that I actually took off of work during the day to do!!

Your instructions in your email sent to me on how to install software into Tool Shed is amazingly confusing. Never have I had this much problems. The instructions total sucks!! I received two set of instructions and one set of instructions totally contradicts the other set of instructions. Really you should get your act together!!!
