Wonderful playing and tones as always. Have you considered adding a real snapshot of the amps and pedal settings used for each track? IMHO It would take these videos to the next level.

Hi Jotaefek, we shoot these videos as quickly and as efficiently as we can and it just wouldn't make doing them practical if we chose to include the actual settings on each pedal. Stock images saves us a lot of time and makes this kind of content feasible for us. We're really glad you enjoy them though!

Mike played a Broadcaster he bought used. I think the year is’51, the year before Fender had to stop using the Broadcaster name and changed it to Telecaster. He still uses it frequently because of the specialness of the sounds it makes. You can actually hear it when he’s using it on a record because it’s so unique. Each guitar has its own specific sounds and he lucked out and got one of the most recognizable guitars off the Pennysaver or something like that, one of those pre-Craigslist papers.

Mike says “Different guitars paint in different colors” He got the Rickenbacker that Petty was holding on the Damn The Torpedoes off a newspaper add.

Olivia Carney I agree with that. Same with literary writing. Whether writing novels, poetry, prose etc., each word is a color in the rainbow of choices you you’re trying to paint of people or situations, you’re crafting a living portrait of the world or a certain moment of time from the world. Words and music are the colors of the world as we see or hear it and the more colors you have mastered the more incredible your art is.

One of my favorite videos ever but I wish we could've seen the pedal settings. I've always been curious how he uses the camel toe. I've heard he only uses the green rhino side.

Same!!! But this proves the sounds are in there!
@okaytastic66912 ай бұрын
I think Mike uses the green side for solos and the red side for that gritty boost like Mary Jane’s Last Dance and the MOJOMOJO album. But 🤷🏼 I think Tom used the llama quite a bit

Great playing on all! Tones are great, and with all the pedals set to zero! Just kidding, good stuff!
