Sorry for the camera glitches today...
To make the gravy I will put how to use cornstarch recipe, instead of flour, a little easier than making a rue with the flour.
Dissolve 4 tablespoons of cornstarch in the minimum amount of water needed to make a thin paste-about 1/2 cup.
Pour the cornstarch slurry into meat juice.
Stir with a wire whisk until the gravy begins to thicken.
(about 5 minutes)
If the gravy isn't thick enough, make more cornstarch w water slurry and whisk it into the pan and salt/ pepper to taste.
